In November of 2023, Jamey DiDomenico, a beloved father of two with no history of violence or criminal behavior, was wrongfully convicted of sexually assaulting his wife, a divorce attorney in Williamson county. 

 

At the time of the alleged incident in August 2021, they were beginning high-conflict divorce and custody proceedings. The trial took place at the very courthouse where his wife practiced law.

 

On April 19, 2024, Jamey was sentenced to 10 years in prison without crucial evidence and testimony presented in Jamey's defense. Friends, family, and colleagues of Jamey are seeking to shed light on this injustice.
